Our Story
Our story began over 30 years ago. Back then we were an IT department of Central Retail. Today, we are a forward-looking tech company focused on building and developing products and solutions that are needed for the digital economy. We embarked upon a new chapter under the motto ‘To make retail customer life better though our innovation’ by becoming a retail accelerator who serve modern information technology to Central Group, both domestically and internationally at every level of organization, whether as a trusted IT & business advisor to top management or as a hands-on coach for front line employees to ensure that they deliver superior value to customers.
Our Milestones
Our journey commenced in 1993 as the IT department of Central Group, dedicated to managing the group's IT systems.
By 1998, we had extended our IT services to the department store brand Robison.
Our offerings expanded further to encompass customers within the Central Retail Group.
The year 2005 marked a significant organizational restructuring, culminating in the consolidation of the Central Group's IT teams into RIS.
Providing Data Center services to businesses within the Central Group.
We made a strategic investment in establishing our own Data Center, enabling us to provide comprehensive IT and infrastructure services to customers in the Chachoengsao Province area.
We embarked on an international expansion, delivering our services and solutions to customers in foreign countries, including Vietnam and Indonesia. During this period, we also introduced a refreshed company logo.
We underwent another logo transformation, adopting a modern and dynamic look, as we evolved into a fully integrated retail technology company with our new vision: To make retail customer life better though our innovation, meeting their needs and delivering the ultimate user experience.
